Chiropractic Manipulation
Manipulation is a specific technique designed to restore joint movements across the body. This allows for bones to move freely again while muscles attaching to said bone have the opportunity to relax and recover properly especially if much tension was present beforehand.
Chiropractors are highly trained to perform this technique and usually would have undergone very strict training for many years prior to even be qualified. Additionally, the Chiropractors at Health Hub would have undergone an extensive consultation prior to even providing manipulation to determine what would be most suitable to the individual to aid in his/her pains and aches.
Dry Needling (Western Acupuncture)
Dry Needling or otherwise known as Western Acupuncture is the usage of fine needles into muscles. This technique is primarily used to target muscles that are in spams (knots) and initiate a relaxation response so that the muscles can heal and relax better lessening pressure and pain to the surrounding area.
Webster Technique (Perinatal)
The Webster Technique is a specific Chiropractic analysis and adjustment aimed to help pregnant mothers to reduce pelvic imbalances or misalignments.
Presence of imbalances to the joints / muscles / ligaments may affect the mother’s comfort and the baby’s ability to gain optimal positioning. By identifying these imbalances, the Webster-certified Chiropractor can then apply a specific, safe and gentle adjustment to aid in helping improve those pelvic imbalances.

Activator Method
Activator method is a form of Chiropractic Manipulation but makes the use of an Activator tool which delivers preset pressure upon usage. This allows for very precise and consistent application and we use it on a sub-set of the population with underlying conditions.
Movement Coaching
Movement Coaching as the name suggest is the teaching of ergonomics and kinematics - how to move better to help yourself better.
The Chiropractors of Health Hub Chiropractic and Wellness will always check on your lifestyle and your day-to-day needs and device a plan to help you use your body in a better and safer manner so as to improve your quality of life and future proof your body.
Kinesiotaping (K-Tape)
K-taping is most used with high level athletes to help them improve stability and mobility within their joints and muscles opening new avenues to beat their BP’s and perform on a consistent high level.
However it also has an application within the general population as K-tape can be used to provide support to weak and injured muscles and joints. This facilitates movements while helping you be in less pain during your day-to-day activities.
